JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police stated that the replacement of Fahri Fadilah Nur Rizki's name on the NCO education list with other prospective students was by the rules. The process has gone through an open trial mechanism.
"If one does not meet the requirements, then the ranking below it goes up, and an open trial mechanism is also carried out, through Wanjak", said Head of the HR Bureau of the Metro Jaya Police, Commissioner Langgeng Purnomo, to reporters, Monday, May 30.
In addition, Langgeng emphasized that the names of prospective students who replaced Fahri Fadilah Nur Rizki were not entrusted. But purely to fulfill the education quota in the NCO student admissions process.
In the process of changing the names of prospective students, it was also emphasized that the supervisors were involved.
"This is not attention, this is a step to fulfill the quota of students, the process is carried out procedurally and involves supervisors as well", he explained.

Fahri Fadilah Nur Rizki (21) suddenly went viral on social media because of his confession. He stated that there were irregularities in the admission of NCO students at Metro Jaya Police. The oddity was that his name was suddenly changed to another participant.
The young man's confession was uploaded by the NasDem politician's Instagram account @hillarybrigitta.
In the videotape, Fahri said he had been thwarted even though he had already passed. He was ranked 35th out of 1,200 potential NCO students.
Fahri's name was replaced by another prospective student who had previously been declared unsuccessful or failed.
Responding to the viral video, the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Commissioner E. Zulpan, stated that the reason the young man did not qualify was that he did not meet the requirements. One of them is due to partial color blindness.
"The person concerned in the selection of the NCO candidate was declared ineligible or TMS at the health examination stage with a diagnosis of partial color blindness", said Zulpan.
