A Gloomhaven Board Game Adaptation Coming Soon For Consoles In 2023

JAKARTA - Asmodee Digital and Saber Interactive announced that a digital adaptation of the board game Gloomhaven will be coming to consoles in 2023.

While the original PC release of Gloomhaven was developed by Flaming Fowl Studios, the console release will be handled by Saber Interactive.

Asmodee Digital shared the latest console version of Gloomhaven via its Twitter account. In the trailer the studio shows off some of the game's awards.

"We can't wait to work with @SaberGames and @embracergroup to make this project a reality for you."

Unfortunately, the announcement hasn't revealed on what console the game will be released on. It is likely that the console version will include Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. It is also possible that Gloomhaven will be coming to the Switch.

Gloomhaven is a tactical RPG and digital adaptation of the ultimate strategy board game by Isaac Childres.

Additionally, Gloomhaven also recently released the Jaws of the Lion expansion, which adds a new campaign to the game, along with four new playable characters with their own unique mechanics.

Gloomhaven is currently available on Steam and GOG.com for PC and Mac.
