Forced To Drink Alcohol, 16-Year-Old Girl In Cikande Becomes Victim Of Exploitation Of 3 Daily Laborers
SERANG - After being forced to drink alcohol (alcohol), a 16-year-old girl in Cikande, Serang, became a victim of the abuse of three men she had just met in a rented house.
The personnel of the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) of the Serang Police who moved quickly managed to apprehend the three perpetrators in a hiding place in Undar Andir Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency.
The three perpetrators who were arrested were KA (20) and SA (22) residents of Bandung District, Serang Regency, and SU (21) residents of Bandung District, Serang Regency.
The Serang Police Chief, Grand Commissioner Adjutant of Police Yudha Satria, explained that initially the victim was picked up by the alleged perpetrator, then taken to a rented house around the Modern Area.
After being in the rented house, at around 01.00 western Indonesia time, the three perpetrators held a drinking party and forced the victim to drink too. The victim refused but the perpetrators forced her.
"As a result of the influence of alcohol, the victim feels dizzy," said the Head of Police accompanied by Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, Commissioner Adjutant Dedi Mirza, Sunday, May 22.
In a semi-conscious state, the victim was sexually assaulted by KA, a man who works as a daily laborer. Meanwhile, the suspect SU, unemployed, and SA, a daily laborer, only groped and squeezed the victim's sensitive parts.

"The victim's parents, who were restless because their daughter didn't come home all night, finally looked for the whereabouts of the daughter. After being found, the victim told a story. Knowing that their daughter had been molested, the victim's parents reported it to the Serang Police," he explained.
After receiving the report, examining the victim's witnesses, and being supported by the post-mortem results, the PPA Unit personnel immediately went after the perpetrators. As a result, the police managed to arrest three people in less than 24 hours.
"The three suspected perpetrators were arrested by the PPA Unit that same day while hiding in Undar Andir Village, Kragilan District," said Yudha Satria.
Meanwhile, Head of Criminal Investigation Unit Commissioner Adjutant Dedi Mirza added that the perpetrators had the heart to commit obscene acts because they were not strong enough to withstand lust due to the influence of liquor. According to Dedi, currently the three are being detained at the Serang Police.
"As a result of their actions, the three alleged perpetrators were charged with Article 81 in conjunction with Article 82 of Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection with a minimum penalty of 5 years in prison," said Dedi Mirza.
