Bareskrim 2 Times Handed Over Dossier On Cases Of Suspects Of Bodong Indosurya Investments

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has again handed over the case files of three suspects in the fraudulent investment case of the Indosurya Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) to the Attorney General's Office (AGO). This delegation was carried out after the research prosecutor had stated that the case files were incomplete.

"Investigators have sent the files back to the prosecutor, there are three files," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko to reporters, Wednesday, May 18.

The case files which were handed over on May 13 were for the suspects Suwito Ayub, Henry Surya, and June Indria.

The file is currently being checked for completeness. If it is later declared complete, the investigator is obliged to carry out stage two or hand over the suspect and evidence.

Otherwise, the investigator must re-complement the material and formal deficiencies.

"The case file has been received by the Attorney General's Office and has coordinated with the Public Prosecutor," said Gatot.

In this case, the Criminal Investigation Department has named three suspects. They are Suwito Ayub, Henry Surya, and June Indria.

However, only Henry Surya and June Indria have been arrested. Meanwhile, Suwito Ayub is still being hunted for his whereabouts.
