Jasa Raharja Makes Sure To Give Compensation To Victims Of Bus Accidents On The Surabaya-Mojokerto Toll Road
SURABAYA - PT Jasa Raharja guarantees compensation for the victims of the single bus accident "Ardiansyah" with police number S-7322-UW which occurred at KM 712+400 line A of the Surabaya - Mojokerto (Sumo) toll road, East Java, Monday morning at 06.15 western Indonesia time.
"Compensation for all victims is guaranteed, both dead and injured," said Head of PT Jasa Raharja East Java Main Branch Hervanka Tri Dianto in Surabaya, Monday, May 16 afternoon.
As a result of this incident, as many as 13 people died, while 12 other passengers suffered serious injuries and had to be treated in intensive care at the hospital.
He explained that all victims were guaranteed by Jasa Raharja in accordance with the law and the implementation of the Government's Basic Protection Program for citizens who had accidents.
Jasa Raharja provides accident compensation to every person who dies, is injured, and is permanently disabled due to an accident caused by road traffic transportation equipment on land, sea, or air.
The heirs of the victim who died will receive compensation of IDR 50 million, while for the victim who was injured, the cost of treatment through the hospital was a maximum of IDR 20 million.
His party is concerned and expresses condolences for the incident, as well as praying that the victims who died will have the best place on the side of God Almighty.
"The families left behind are also given patience. For the injured victims, I hope they will recover soon," he said, quoted by Antara.
Jasa Raharja, said Hervanka, had visited the accident site and visited the hospital as well as visited the victim who was undergoing intensive treatment.
