JAKARTA - Meta Platforms is considering reducing the funding they provide to news organizations. This is because they are currently re-evaluating the partnership achieved over the last few years.
Information about Meta's stance was first reported by The Information on Monday, May 9 citing people familiar with the matter.
The social media giant, the owner of Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp, has noticed that fewer people have clicked on links to news articles since Donald Trump left his position as US President.
