The Murder Of Makassar Transportation Agency Employees Because Of Being Jealousy, Planned Since 2020
MAKASSAR - Makassar Police Chief, Commissioner Budhi Haryanto, said the planning to kill Makassar Transportation Service employee, Najamuddin Sewang, began in 2020.
"Based on the suspect's confession, this planning has been going on since 2020 and has only been implemented now," he said explaining the motive for the shooting when the case was released at the Makassar Police Headquarters, South Sulawesi, as reported by Antara, Monday, April 18.
He said that he had attempted murder in 2020, but failed and was only able to realize his intention in 2022 or to be precise on Sunday, April 3 morning, on Danau Tanjung Bunga Street around the Cheng Ho Mosque, at 10:00 WITA.
Commissioner Budhi Haryanto stated, that planning to kill in 2020 was to ask someone to throw something at the victim's house. But at the time it failed.
The failure of the killings that year, he said, and the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, was then delayed until they were finally successfully carried out at the beginning of the fasting month of Ramadan 1443 Hijrah.
"He said he threw something at the victim's house, but it failed and only now succeeded after careful planning," he also said.
