President And Vice President Also Get THR And 13th Salary, Here Are The Details Of The Amount
JAKARTA - The President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo has signed Government Regulation (PP) Number 16 of 2022 concerning the Provision of Holiday Allowances and Thirteenth Salaries to State Apparatus, Pensioners, Pension Recipients, and Allowance Recipients in 2022.
The PP was signed on April 13, 2022. Its contents regulate who is entitled to receive THR and the 13th salary up to the amount.
"That the Government is trying to maintain the level of people's purchasing power, including through spending on state apparatus, retirees, pension recipients, and recipients of benefits in the community so that they contribute to national economic growth," the regulation said, as seen from Antara, Monday, April 18.
Article 3 states who are entitled to receive THR and 13th salary in 2022, namely: Civil Servants (PNS) and prospective PNS2. Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK)3. TNI soldiers4. Members of the Police 5. State Officials6. State Apparatus
The state officials in question are: 1. President and Vice President; 2. Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, and Members of the MPR3. Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, and Members of the DPR4. Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, and Members of the DPD5. The Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, and Supreme Judge at the Supreme Court as well as the Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, and judges in all judicial bodies, except ad hoc judges; Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, and Members of the Constitutional Court;7. Chairman, Deputy Chairperson, and Members of the State Audit Board; 8. Chairman, Deputy Chairperson, and Members of the Judicial Commission; 9. Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the KPK10. ministers and ministerial-level officials; 11. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary;12. Governor and Deputy Governor; 13. Regent/Mayor and Deputy Regent/Deputy Mayor; 14. Other State Officials determined by law.
State apparatus including:1. Deputy Minister; 2. Special Staff in ministries/agencies; 3. KPK Supervisory Board4. Leaders and Members of DPRD5. ad hoc judges; 6. Leaders and Members of Non-structural Institutions7. Head of Public Service Agency/Regional Public Service Agency8. Leaders of Public Broadcasting Institutions9. Officials whose financial rights or administrative rights are equal or at the same level as ministers, high-ranking officials, administrators; or supervisor.10. Non-ASN employees serving in government agencies11. Other State Apparatus in accordance with Law regulations
