Ridwan Kamil Is Ready To Take Firm Action Against State Civil Apparatus Who Do The Homecoming Using Official Cars
BANDUNG - West Java (Jabar) Governor M Ridwan Kamil forbade the use of official cars and other official operational vehicles for going home or returning to their hometowns on Eid Al-Fitr 1443 Hijri/Eid 2022.
"Including the ban on using official vehicles for going home," said Ridwan Kamil at Gedung Sate Bandung, Monday, April 18.
With the ban, Ridwan Kamil hopes that at this year's homecoming momentum, there will be no more official cars with red license plates painted black.
"And don't have purple plates pretending to be black, even though the red ones will be reported by the media, we'll take action," he said.
Previously, the government had given permission for the public, including state civil servants (ASN) to be able to travel back and forth to their hometowns during Eid.
However, the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) forbids ASN who want to carry out Eid homecoming this year using official cars.
This is stated in the Circular (SE) of the Minister of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) No. 13/2022 concerning Leave for State Civil Servants during the National Holiday Period and Joint Leave for Eid Al-Fitr 1443 Hijri.
In a circular signed by the Minister of PANRB Tjahjo Kumolo on April 13, it was stated that the Personnel Guidance Officers (PPK) in each government agency should ensure that all officials and employees do not use official vehicles for the purpose of going home, on vacation, or other interests outside of their own interests.
