Being The Only BPD That Is Included In The Forbes World's Best Bank, Bank DKI Is More Enthusiastic About Working On Digital Banking

JAKARTA - Forbes Magazine released a list of the world's best banks in 2022 or the world's best banks. Bank DKI is the only regional development bank (BPD) included in the list of the 20 best banks.

The World's Best Banks predicate for Bank DKI refers to the results of a survey conducted on more than 45 thousand consumers in 27 countries. This assessment is based on the level of consumer satisfaction regarding trust, digital services, to financial advice.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Herry Djufraini said that Bank DKI's entry into the world's best bank was due to financial performance growth that was above the national banking industry average and various breakthroughs in digital banking service innovations carried out by Bank DKI.

"This achievement is certainly a passion for us to continue to present digital banking products and services that are able to answer the banking needs of Bank DKI customers and business partners," said Herry in his statement, Sunday, April 17.

Furthermore, Herry revealed that Bank DKI has provided digital ecosystem services or e-channels through JakOne Community Apps. This accommodates the changing behavior of customers and the public who are increasingly moving towards digital services.

It is known, JakOne Community Apps is a digital banking service to encourage the implementation of financial inclusion and through the development of digital products and services.

JakOne Community Apps consist of JakOne Mobile, JakOne Abank, JakOne Erte, JakOne Artri, and Ancol Apps. Most recently, Bank DKI presents a Cardless Mobile Cash Withdrawal Service and a Cash Recycle Machine.

"In the future, Bank DKI will continue to innovate digital banking services such as JakOne Pay and JakSchool as an effort for Bank DKI to continue to strengthen digital banking services to various communities in DKI Jakarta and complement the JakOne Community Apps that are currently available," he explained.

In addition, Herry continued, Bank DKI will also launch JakOne Abank Mobile with the aim of encouraging the implementation of financial inclusion and expanding payment acceptance to MSME players in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings.
