20,289 Families In Makassar Receive BLT Cooking Oil

MAKASSAR - Makassar City Government, South Sulawesi, distributed Cooking Oil Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) according to the allocation quota, namely to 20,289 beneficiary families or KPM.

"We are used to distributing things like this. Moreover, we update our social workers. We had experience yesterday when distributing the BLT APBD that it was very accountable," said Makassar Mayor Moh Ramdhan Pomanto (Danny Pomanto) quoted by Antara, Thursday, April 14.

According to him, the distribution of aid uses a digital system, which has been going well so far. Regarding the realization of the distribution, he said, they are still waiting for a report from the relevant agency.

"We use a digital system, or smart BLT. So far the results have been very good," said the Mayor of Makassar for the two periods.

Confirmed separately, the Head of the Makassar Social Service, Aulia Asryad, said that the recipient data of 20,289 KPM was for Makassar City.

"It has been distributed since Tuesday 12 April to 21 April 2022. It has been distributed to the post office appointed by the government," said Aulia.

Meanwhile, the details of BLT Cooking Oil recipients are, he said, Rp 300 thousand for the period April, May and June 2022. Meanwhile, Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) for May is Rp. 200 thousand, with a total of Rp. 500 thousand in one disbursement.

"Recipients of BLT Cooking Oil can also have BPNT registered with PKH. In essence, 20,289 people are there. The distribution is through invitations involving the lurah and Pj RT/RW. The Post Office has submitted invitations to their respective kelurahan to be distributed to KPM," he said.
