6. Counter-narrative on issues that discredit the government.
7. Strictly not giving permission for activities, whether demonstrations or other crowd permits.
8. Efforts should be made upstream (starting point before gathering) and carry out open and closed PAM
9. Do not intercept on toll roads as this will result in the closure of toll roads which can become a national and international issue (This is precisely what they want).
10. Do not beat crimes using articles of the Criminal Code, Health Quarantine Law, and others.
