There is no further information about the theme, story, or approximately when the release window for the latest Tomb Raider series is. However, Crystal Dynamics says the move to UE5 will help the studio take its "story to the next level."
The next Tomb Raider joins some of the games already announced for UE5, including the next Witcher game and Black Myth: Wukong. Of that group, only the latter has a release date, with Chinese developer Game Science Studio aiming to get it out sometime in 2023.
