Erick Thohir Appoints Hilda Savitri Former Finance Director Of Hutama Karya To Become Director Of Angkasa Pura II
JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir through the Ministry of BUMN and PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney Holding officially appointed Hilda Savitri as Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Angkasa Pura II replacing Wiweko Probojakti.
This decision is in accordance with a copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the President Director of the Company (Persero) PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia as Shareholders of PT Angkasa Pura II, Number SK-90/MBU/03/2022 and Number KEP.046/INJOURNEY /03/2022.
President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II Muhammad Awaluddin welcomed the appointment of Hilda as Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Angkasa Pura II.
Furthermore, Awaluddin hoped that Hilda's presence would be able to encourage airport infrastructure and digital transformation at the state-owned company.
"AP II's big family welcomes Ms. Hilda Savitri. We believe her track record, one of which is in the construction sector, will encourage AP II in airport infrastructure development and digital transformation to achieve the vision of On Becoming Airport Enterprise Leader in the Region by 2024," he said in an official statement, Monday, April 4.
For your information, Hilda Savitri previously served as Finance Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk, as well as Director of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance from 2016 to 2020 and Director of Investment at TAEL Management from 2007 to 2015.
