British Petroleum And Conglomerate Soegiarto Adikoesoemo's AKR Inaugurate 2 New Gas Stations: In The West Jakarta Outer Ring Road And Grand Galaxy Bekasi

JAKARTA - BP-AKR, a joint venture between British Petroleum (BP) and PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) owned by the Soegiarto Adikoesoemo conglomerate, has again inaugurated two public gas stations (SPBU) located in Lingkar Luar Barat, West Jakarta and at Grand Galaxy Bekasi City, West Java.

Vanda Laura, Marketing Director of BP-AKR stated, previously BP-AKR had inaugurated two other gas stations in early January 2022.

"The opening of two new BP gas stations in the West Outer Ring Road and Grand Galaxy is part of our efforts and commitment to continue to grow in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta and its surroundings in 2022," said Vanda in a statement received by VOI, Friday, April 1.

The West Outer Ring Gas Station has been operating since January 31, 2022. Meanwhile, the Grand Galaxy gas station started operating on March 20, 2022. The two gas stations developed under the Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) scheme are also the newest gas stations to be inaugurated by BP in 2022, particularly in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings, following two other gas stations in Teuku Nyak Arief and in South Sunter which were inaugurated earlier this year.

The bp Lingkar Luar Barat gas stations on Jl Lingkar Luar Barat Outer Ring Road and Grand Galaxy are also equipped with various facilities, such as mini markets, coffee shops, fast food outlets, filling stations, and places of worship. These facilities are here to meet the needs of consumers on the trip, not only for fuel but also for other needs such as food and beverages.

This gas station offers a choice of BP 90, BP 92, BP 95 fuel with ACTIVE technology which is specially formulated to help protect the engine from accumulated dirt and maintain and optimize vehicle engine performance. In addition to gasoline, this gas station also offers BP Diesel fuel.

Vanda added that the bp Lingkar Luar Barat gas station and Grand Galaxy have strategic locations. Now it is also collaborating with local partners to present integrated facilities that can provide comfort for motorists to rest and refuel.

"We hope that in the future we can continue to expand our network to provide quality fuel, open opportunities for local partners to develop together and create jobs for the local community," concluded Vanda.
