Indika Energy Owned By Conglomerate Agus Lasmono Sudwikatmono Earns Profit Of IDR 2.9 Trillion From Previous Loss Of IDR 1.7 Trillion
JAKARTA - PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) posted a brilliant performance throughout 2021. The company owned by conglomerate Agus Lasmono Sudwikatmono managed to turn around profit from the previous year's loss.
In Indika Energy's financial report, quoted on Friday, March 1, the company recorded an increase in revenue of up to 40.92 percent to USD 3.06 billion in 2021 or approximately IDR 43.82 trillion from revenues in 2020 of USD 1.81 billion.
In 2021, the company recorded an increase in cost of revenue to USD 2.15 billion, from USD 1.64 billion in the previous year. However, the company was able to score an increase in gross profit to USD 918.12 million, an 81 percent increase compared to 2020 which was USD 173.30 million.
Meanwhile, the company managed to turn a net profit in 2021 of 207.41 million US dollars from a net loss of 120.97 million US dollars in 2020.

Until the end of 2021, the company also recorded an increase in total assets to 3.69 billion US dollars, an increase from 2020 of 3.49 billion US dollars.
Likewise, the company's total liabilities rose from 2.62 billion US dollars at the end of 2020 to 2.80 billion US dollars at the end of 2021. Meanwhile, the company's total equity rose from 3.49 billion US dollars in 2020 to 3.69 billion dollars USA in 2021.
