Erwin Aksa Poles PolMark CEO Eep Saefulloh Over Makassar Pilkada Survey Results

JAKARTA - Erwin Aksa reported PolMark Indonesia's CEO, Eep Saefulloh Fatah to the South Sulawesi Regional Police. The head of the Munafri winning team Arifuddin-Rahman Bando (Appi-Rahman) in the Makassar Pilkada was annoyed with Eep Saefulloh's actions regarding the results of the candidate survey in the Pilkada.

"In principle, I as the head of the Appi-Rahman legal team acting on behalf of Erwin Aksa, as the power of attorney has reported Eep Saefulloh with Article 315 of the Criminal Code and Article 310 of the Criminal Code to the South Sulawesi Police," said the Head of the Appi-Rahman Legal Team, Yusuf Gunco, confirmed by VOI, Thursday, September 24.

Yusuf explained that in the contract agreement between PolMark and Appi-Rahman, it contained PolMark's obligation to release the survey results. However this is called Yusuf not done.

Later, a few days later Eep Saefulloh admitted that the survey release issued by Appi-Rahman was the result of a PolMark survey. Erwin Aksa was disappointed with Eep Saefulloh's actions.

"A few days later, it turned out that the product was Eep. But his opponent, Appi-Rahman (in the Makassar Pilkada), thinks this survey is making it up. Whereas it is true that the survey, Erwin Aksa said my feelings were irritated, "said Yusuf.

In the survey agreement, the Appi-Rahman team has already paid Rp 1.7 billion to Eep Saefulloh. However, Eep was deemed to have violated the contract because he did not publish the results of the candidate survey in the Makassar Pilkada

"Eep violated the contract because it did not fulfill its obligation to publish the survey results," said Yusuf.

Pilkada Makassar, South Sulawesi was followed by four pairs of candidates for mayor and vice mayor of Makassar. The four candidates have participated in the candidate serial number drawing process.
