Sari Roti Producer Owned By Conglomerate Anthony Salim To AGM On April 12, How Much Dividend Will Be Distributed From Profit Of IDR 281.34 Billion?
JAKARTA - Sari Roti producer, PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), made a positive performance in 2021. The company owned by conglomerate Anthony Salim achieved sales growth of 2.4 percent to IDR 3.29 trillion.
In an official statement, quoted on Tuesday, March 22, ROTI will hold an annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on April 12, 2022. In the AGM which is planned to be held at Hotel Mulia, Jakarta, ROTI will discuss a number of agendas including approval of the directors' annual report regarding the running of the company for the 2021 financial year and ratification of the 2021 balance sheet and profit and loss account.
The Annual GMS will also discuss approval of the determination and use of net profit in 2021, as well as approval of changes to the composition of the company's management.
Throughout 2021, ROTI has taken a number of initiatives and management of production activities to increase profitability. Although the increase in raw prices continued throughout 2021 and suppressed gross profit, ROTI managed to improve its net profit margin from only 6.7 percent in 2020 to 8.6 percent in 2021.
The net profit obtained by ROTI throughout 2021 reached IDR 281.34 billion, an increase of about 30.8 percent from profit in 2020 of IDR 215.05 billion. Meanwhile, basic earnings per share attributable to owners of the parent company increased from IDR 35.98 in 2020 to IDR 45.11 in 2021.

ROTI Director Ida Apulia said that the 2021 achievements were the basis for the company to go higher in 2022.
"The management remains optimistic and committed to conducting a comprehensive business analysis on a regular basis to determine a strategy to maintain sustainable growth," Ida said in her official statement some time ago.
