This Week, Residents Of Movable Land Victims In Lebak Banten Received DTH Assistance Of IDR 500 Thousand

BANTEN - People affected by the mobile land disaster in Cihuni Village, Curugpanjang Village, Cikulur District, Lebak Regency, Banten will receive a waiting occupancy fund (DTH) of IDR 500 thousand per family.

"DTH assistance will be realized as soon as possible," said Head of the Emergency and Logistics Section of the Lebak Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Agus Reza Faisal in Lebak, Antara, Wednesday, March 9.

The distribution of DTH was rolled out by the local government for five months to help people affected by land move.

Currently, residents affected by natural disasters are scattered, some live in refugee camps as well as the homes of relatives and parents.

The distribution of DTH is to ease the burden on people's lives affected by the natural disaster, he said.

Currently, he said, there were 43 houses, 48 families and 173 people who were affected by the disaster.

Affected residents have left their homes for fear of having an accident after the condition of their residence was cracked due to moving ground.

The Lebak BPBD proposed the DTH so that disaster victims could use the funds to rent a house before the permanent residence (huntap) was completed.

The construction of the temporary shelter was relocated to a 2.5 hectare land owned by the village government. "We hope that the DTH can be disbursed this week," he explained.
