Addressing The President At The Palace, Sri Mulyani Presents 21 Names Of Candidates For Financial Services Authority Bosses
JAKARTA - Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani as Chair of the Selection Committee for the Selection of Candidates for the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2022-2027 period today met President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta to report the names of 21 participants who passed the fourth stage selection.
"Today's selection committee conveyed to Mr. President the results of the fourth stage of the selection and the entire selection process by determining the 21 candidates who passed," said Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani through a virtual channel, Monday, March 7.
In his explanation, the Minister of Finance stated that there were seven positions to be filled. This means that in the next process three candidates will compete for a position within the OJK.
"From these 21 candidates, 3 candidates (will be selected) for each position," she said.
For information, of the 21 names proposed by Sri Mulyani, the President will conduct a screening process to 14 names. In this composition, one position will be filled by two candidates.

Meanwhile, in the next stage, the President will propose 14 names of his choice to the House of Representatives (DPR) for final testing, which will later decide the final names of the members of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2022-2027 period.
