5,028 COVID-19 Patients Still Being Treated At Wisma Atlet

JAKARTA - The number of patients at the COVID-19 Special Emergency Hospital (RSDC) Wisma Atlet Kemayoran, Jakarta, decreased by 41 people compared to the previous day.

Head of Information for Kogabwilhan I, Marine Colonel Aris Mudian, said that 5,028 inpatients were confirmed positive for COVID-19 at the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran Hospital. While the original number on the previous day was 5,069 people.

"There has been a reduction in 41 inpatients from 5,069 to 5,028. They consist of 2,551 men and 2,477 women," Aris said, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, February 9.

The patients were treated in Towers 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Wisma Atlet Hospital.

Meanwhile, from March 23, 2020 to February 9, 2022, the number of patients referred to the Wisma Atlet RSDC was 146,991 people.

"The number of patients from March 23, 2020 to February 9, 2022 is 146,991 people," said Aris.

In addition, Aris also conveyed the current situation at the Galang Island Special Hospital for Infection (RSKI), Batam, Riau Islands.

As of Wednesday, he said, there were 277 hospitalized patients at the Galang Island Hospital. They consisted of 169 male and 108 female patients.

From the recapitulation data, Aris said there was an increase in inpatients at the Galang Island Hospital, namely 34 people from the original number on the previous day, which was 243.

From April 12, 2020 to February 9, 2022, the total number of inpatients at the Galang Island Hospital has reached 18,692.

"The number of patients from April 12, 2020 to February 9, 2022 is 18,692 people," said Aris.
