Java-Bali PPKM Extended Until February 7, Jakarta Still At Level 2
JAKARTA - Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian issued Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs (Inmendagri) Number 06 of 2022. It contains the extension of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) Level 3, Level 2, and Level 1 COVID-19 in the Java and Bali Regions.
The extension of the PPKM implementation will take effect from February 1 to February 7, 2022.
"The Governor of DKI Jakarta for the Regency/City area with level 2 criteria, namely the Thousand Islands Administrative District, West Jakarta Administrative City, East Jakarta Administrative City, South Jakarta Administrative City, North Jakarta Administrative City, and Central Jakarta Administrative City," wrote the Ministry of Home Affairs quoted by VOI, Tuesday, February 1.
Apart from DKI Jakarta, several regions that have also implemented Level 2 PPKM include Tangerang City, Cilegon City, Tangerang Regency, Serang Regency, Pandeglang Regency, Lebak Regency, and South Tangerang City. Meanwhile, for areas that apply Level 3 PPKM, only Serang City.
The PPKM arrangement this week has not changed as before, such as Face-to-face Learning (PTM) which is guided by the 4 Ministerial Decree concerning the implementation of learning guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Then, the implementation of work from office (WFO) is a maximum of 25 percent for non-essential employees who have been vaccinated in Level 3 areas, 50 percent for Level 2, and 75 percent for Level 1.
For essential sectors, the maximum WFO staff is 50 percent at Level 3, 75 percent for Level 2, and 100 percent for Level 1; and 100 percent capacity for essential sectors at Level 3 to Level 1 and must optimize the PeduliLindungi application.
For the retail sector, supermarkets can operate until 21.00 local time with a maximum capacity of 50 percent for Level 3, Level 2 a maximum of 75 percent, and Level 1 with a capacity of 100 percent.
The people's market at Level 3 can operate until 17.00 with a capacity of 50 percent, while at Level 2 it can operate until 18:00 p.m. with a maximum capacity of 75 percent, for Level 1 it can operate a maximum of 100 percent and must optimize the PeduliLindung application.
Malls and shopping centers on Levels 3 and 2 can operate until 21.00 p.m. local time with a maximum capacity of 50 percent, while Level 1 can operate until 22:00 with a maximum capacity of 100 percent.
For cinemas at Level 3, the maximum audience is 50 percent, while at levels 2 and 1 the maximum capacity is 70 percent, while still optimizing the PeduliLindungi application in malls and cinemas.
