JAKARTA - The Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance released a list of State Universities that have the largest state property assets (BMN). From the list released, there are at least five state universities that are included in the richest list. Land in the form of BMN cannot be transferred, Encep explained that the assets of State Universities with Legal Entities (PTNBH) are divided into two, namely PTNBH's initial assets in the form of non-land assets and State Property (BMN) in the form of land. "Each type of asset is managed by a different mechanism. according to PP Statute of PTNBH and PP 26 of 2015. Land at PTNBH is administered in the BMN list at the Kemendikbudristek and the status of its use is determined by the Kemendikbudristek," he said. its utilization becomes PTNBH's income.
