The Former Head Of BPN Who Killed Himself Using A Pistol At The Bali Prosecutor's Office Was Buried In Bandung
BANDUNG - The body of the former Head of BPN Denpasar and Badung, Tri Nugraha, who died by committing suicide using a gun, is buried in Bandung, West Java. Tri Nugraha was buried near his mother's grave.
Tri Nugraha's funeral at Cikutra Cemetery, Bandung City was attended by family and relatives, Wednesday, September 2. Tri Nugraha is known as a cheerful person.
According to family representatives, Dewi Anggraeni had gathered with her family at the end of last week. It so happened that at that time, Tri Nugraha and his family were observing the Ashura fast.
"We last gathered on Saturday, coincidentally there was an Ashura fast, my sister Tri broke our fast together to chat," Dewi told reporters.
According to Tri Nugraha's brother, the family was shocked by the news from Bali. However, the family of the family accepted Tri Nugraha's departure.
"Death does not know anyone, yes we are sincere," said Dewi.
Tri Nugraha killed himself in the toilet of the Bali High Prosecutor's Office on Monday, August 31. Tri killed himself using a gun after being examined.
"With the death of the suspect, our case is closed. Regarding evidence, there are regulations that we will follow up on," Deputy Head of the Bali High Prosecutor's Office, Asep Maryono, was quoted as saying from Antara, Tuesday, September 1.
Tri Nugraha committed suicide while being taken to a detention car from the Bali Prosecutor's Office to the Kerobokan prison. At around 7:40 p.m. local time, Monday, August 31, Tri Nugraha committed suicide in the toilet of the Bali Prosecutor's Office. He fired a gun at his left chest.
The firearm used by Tri Nugaraha is suspected of being illegal. The ownership status and origin of the weapons are being traced.
"We are investigating, what is clear is that we have information that the weapon is suspected of being unregistered or illegal. It is a Turkish revolver, not like our organic weapon, its caliber is 9 mm," said Denpasar Police Chief Kombes Jansen Avitus Panjaitan.
