Has A Master's Degree At Sydney University Social Culture, Maura Magnalia, Nurul Arifin's Child Wants To Be A Lecturer

DEPOK – In the midst of Nurul Arifin's sadness over the death of Maura Magnalia, he remembers his daughter's dream to become a lecturer. In achieving his wish, Nurul also fully supported him until finally the late Maura was able to get a master's degree at Sydney University Social Culture.

"Yes, he wants to be a teacher. Before the pandemic, he taught ekschool at Nafi Scientis about science. So he found his passion there," said Nurul to reporters at Ciloto II Puri Cinere, Depok, Tuesday, January 25.

Nurul said, Maura struggled until she managed to finish her schooling at Sydney University Social Culture. However, said Nurul, he will soon be graduating.

“School is over but not yet graduated. He studied Masters at Sydney University Social Culture, contemporary culture. (So) breaking through all kinds of postrus sizes and all kinds of things,” he continued.

On that occasion, Nurul also told that Maura often felt frustrated with her life. However, Nurul could not explain in more detail.

"It tells a lot about her worries, but it's not too deep either. With his sister is very close because it's just the two of them right. Maybe the younger brother is considered to be the one who understands his brother better,” he said.

Regarding his son's desire to write a book, Nurul admitted that he did not know it. However, until now they have not found a publisher to launch the book.

"(The book is about) His depiction for me as a rebel, he is anti-mainstream," he said.

Previously, it was reported that Maura Magnalia, daughter of Mayong Suryo Laksono and Deputy General Chair (Ketum) of Golkar, Nurul Arifin, died at the age of 28. Maura is said to have had a heart attack.
