There Is JPM Dukuh Atas Work, Jalan Galunggung Is Narrowed Down By 4 Months
JAKARTA - PT Moda Integrasi Transportasi Jabodetabek (MITJ) has started construction work on the construction of the Dukuh Atas Multipurpose Crossing Bridge (JPM), Central Jakarta.
Corporate Secretary Group Head PT MITJ Astrid Pramudityo said, JPM Dukuh Atas will later connect Dukuh Atas LRT Station to Sudirman Station.
Therefore, the DKI Transportation Agency will carry out traffic engineering by narrowing Galunggung Road.
"The DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Service will carry out traffic engineering around the North side of Jalan Galunggung for the next 120 days," Astrid said in her statement, Tuesday, January 25.
During the above work process, the traffic conditions which originally had 3 lanes will become 2 lanes with mixed traffic along with the Transjakarta lane. In detail, the preparation of the work will start from January 22 to 25, 2022. Followed by borepile work from January 26 to 30, pilecap work will begin January 32 to March 22, and architect work from March 23 to May 22.
Therefore, Astrid appealed to road users to avoid these roads and be able to adjust the traffic arrangements set, always obey traffic signs and instructions from officers in the field, and prioritize road safety.
"PT MITJ together with KSO Waskita together with Vision First as a strategic partner, are fully responsible for the safety and security of road users around the construction site," he said.
