Police Name Two Suspects In The Case Of Arresting Women In Ciledug

TANGERANG - The police have named two perpetrators of confinement, FT (26) and SF (40), as suspects in the case of confining Sulistyawati (45) in the Ciledug Indah II area, Tangerang City.

Tangerang Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin said the two suspects were still related to the family. Now they have been detained.

"Yes, they have been detained a few days ago. The initials are FT and SF," said Komarudin when confirmed, Sunday, January 23.

Komarudin explained that the two suspects held captive the victim. Because Sulistyawati could not pay the debt.

"Yes, it was as stated before, so he demanded that the loan be paid immediately, but because it never paid off, he used other methods so that there was confinement," he explained.

For this act, the two suspects were threatened with article 333 of the Criminal Code concerning depriving other people of their freedom with a sentence of six years in prison.

As is known, the Tangerang Metro Police has asked for information on Sulistyawati (45), a victim of alleged confinement and threats due to debt problems in the Ciledug Indah II area, Karang Tengah, Tangerang City.

After giving information, Sulistyawati admitted that she was not only being held captive. He was also asked to serve sex with the reported's subordinates with the initials F. The victim also admitted that the reported party was threatened with mutilation.

"The threat was that he said he wanted to kill me, he wanted to mutilate me, he wanted to kill me and there was harassment. There I had to serve Steam's children. Incidentally, the loan shark's house is in front of Steam. So I have to serve (sex) those children. until my debts are paid off," he said.

Sulistyawati recounted that the beginning of the confinement case occurred when she borrowed Rp1 million from F. However, she could not pay the debt within the stipulated time, which was 10 days. And the debt, said Sulistyawati, grew to Rp 1.6 million.

He also added that because he could not pay his debts, he was picked up by someone suspected of being F's orders. He was taken to F's house for an explanation. Arriving at the house, Sulistyawati admitted that she was beaten and then dragged by F and S to enter the room.

"Actually there were 7 people in the house, 2 of them were rude, F and S. And when I wanted to go into the room, I was pulled by him, I was put in and locked. When he first arrived he was about to hit me, because I badminton so it just hit my hand," he said.

Luckily, after the police and several residents came to the location, Sulistyawati was finally rescued from the case.
