Bengkulu Police Seized 300 Kg Of Illegal Pork To Be Sent To Mukomuko
BENGKULU CITY - The Bengkulu Regional Police (Polda) has seized 300 kilograms of illegal pork belonging to SH (48) which will be brought to Mukomuko Regency.
When the confiscation was carried out, said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda, Kombes Sudarno, the hundreds of illegal pork were brought in one unit of a pick-up car.
"It's true, after inspection it is estimated that the amount of pork is around 300 kg," said Sudarno in Bengkulu, as reported by Antara, Friday, January 21.
The confiscation of pork originated from information that said that illegal wild boar meat was widely circulated and sold to Bengkulu City. It is also suspected that the illegal pork was not accompanied by quarantine documents and other complementary documents. Therefore, personnel from the Indagsi Sub-Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Bengkulu Police carried out an investigation. and knowing that there will be illegal pork being sent by boat from Enggano Island to Mukomuko Regency. After inspection, it was found that a four-wheeled pick-up vehicle with number BD 9240 NC was loading and unloading the pork.
