The head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Jenggawah Police, Jember, Aiptu Akhmad Rinto, confirmed that the suspect had been in jail 3 times for drug cases.
"We have received a report from the public that if the person in question commits another crime by selling dangerous hard drugs (Okerbaya) because the person concerned has been recorded in the police book 3 times, there is no difficulty for us to make an arrest", said Akhmad Rinto, Monday, January 17.
