Two Bankers From Bank Owned By Conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja Are Now Join The Board Of Directors Of Bank Capital
JAKARTA - Changes in the board of directors occurred at PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk (BACA). Peter Kurniawan and Harri Setia Budhi, previously bankers from PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk (BSIM), are now in the executive ranks of Bank Capital.
Peter Kurniawan fills the position of Independent Commissioner of Bank Capital, which was vacant due to the resignation of Amrih Masjhuri. Peter was recorded as holding the position of General Affairs Syariah at Bank Sinarmas on June 15, 2021.
Meanwhile, Harri is trusted to be the Compliance Director of Bank Capital. On June 15, 2021, he was listed as Compliance Advisory & Testing (Corporate Business & Enterprise) at Bank Sinarmas.
The inclusion of Peter and Harri, has received approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of Bank Capital which will take place December 29, 2021. This information was reiterated by Wahyu Dwi Aji and Roy Iskandar Kusuma W., respectively as President Director and Director of Bank Capital in information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted January 10.
Previously, on August 25, 2021, Yenny Ho Group Head of PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk (BSIM) was elected as Director of Bank Capital. Yenny, who was then Group Head of Bank Sinarmas, moved to Bank Capital to replace the Director position left by Gatot Wahyu Djatmiko.

As of December 31, 2021, KPD Simas Equity Fund 2 holds 10.9390 percent of Bank Capital's shares. While the other shareholders above 5 percent are PT Indigo Global Capital (14.7111 percent) and PT Delta Indo Swakarsa (13.9620 percent), both of which are controlled by Danny Nugroho.
