Former MA Secretary Nurhadi And Son-in-law Executed In Sukamiskin Prison
JAKARTA - Former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Nurhadi has been sent to Class I Sukamiskin Prison, Bandung, West Java.
This was done by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to follow up on the Supreme Court's decision number: 4147 K/Pid.Sus/2021 dated 24 December 2021 in conjunction with the Corruption Court's decision on PT DKI Jakarta number: 12/PID.SUS-TPK/2021/PT DKI dated 28 June 2021 In conjunction with the Corruption Court's decision at the Central Jakarta District Court number: 45/Pid.Sus-TPK/2020/PN.Jkt.Pst dated March 10, 2021.
"Execution Prosecutor Josep Wisnu Sigit, Thursday, January 6, has implemented the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia", KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Affairs, Ali Fikri, told reporters on Friday, January 7.
He said Nurhadi would serve a reduced prison sentence of six years during his arrest and detention.
In addition, Nurhadi is required to pay a fine of Rp. 500 million. "With the condition that if it is not paid, it will be replaced with imprisonment for three months", said Ali.

This execution was also carried out on Nurhadi's son-in-law, Rezky Herbiyono, and the President Director of PT Multicon Indrajaya Terminal (MIT), Hiendra Soenjoto. Both were thrown by the KPK in the same prison.
Ali explained that Rezky would serve a sentence of six years in prison plus a fine of IDR 500 million, subsidiary of three months in prison. Meanwhile, Hiendra will be imprisoned for 4.5 years plus a fine of IDR 100 million, a subsidiary of four months in prison.
