The Man From Kupang Who Robbed A Prostitute's Motorbike In Kuta Bali Was Arrested By The Police

BADUNG - Everadus Antonio Latunahina alias Jhon (21) from Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) was arrested by the Kuta Police, Bali. He seized a motorcycle with the initials YS (37), a commercial sex worker (PSK).

"As a result of the interrogation, the perpetrator admitted that he had taken away the victim's motorbike and then hidden it somewhere, the plan is that the motorbike will be used alone," said Head of Kuta Polsek, Kompol Orpa SM Takalapeta, Friday, January 7.

The robbery of a sex worker's motorbike took place on Jalan Blambangan, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali, on Tuesday, January 4. At that time, the victim met the perpetrator on Jalan Legian, Kuta, near the Bounty discotheque.

The victim took the perpetrator to a hotel in the Kuta area. But in the middle of the trip the perpetrator said he wanted to take money at an ATM. The victim then escorted the perpetrator to Jalan Raya Kuta near Bank BCA Kuta.

Next, the perpetrator told him to stop saying he would take the money. Suddenly the victim's hand was twisted and pushed down from the motorcycle. The white Yamaha NMAX motorbike was taken away by the perpetrators.

"For this incident, the complainant lost his motorbike and wallet in the seat containing the identity of the ID card and vehicle registration with a total loss of Rp. 26 million and was immediately reported to the Kuta Police for further processing," he added.

The Kuta Police Team, led by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kuta Police Ipda Adhi Waluyo, conducted an investigation of the crime scene and sought information and witnesses. The perpetrators were also arrested in Pemogan, South Denpasar.

"Furthermore, the perpetrators were secured to the Kuta Police for further development and processing," he said.
