Looking For Palestinian Immigrants Who Escaped From Rudenim Surabaya, Police Distribute Pamphlets In Public Areas

SURABAYA - The East Java Regional Police put up pamphlets in several public areas and public transportation in East Java. This method is an attempt to arrest an immigrant from Palestine, who escaped from the Surabaya Immigration Detention Center in Raci, Bangil, Pasuruan Regency.

"We have issued information by distributing pamphlets to several points, which are suspected to be used as places of escape", said Head of Public Relations of the East Java Police, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko, in Surabaya on Tuesday, January 4.

The public transportation locations in question are terminals, stations, and ports. Gatot also hopes that people who know the whereabouts of an immigrant can immediately report it to the police or related parties. "We also mobilize our partners who care about Kamtibmas (Public Order and Security), to help with the search", he said.

In addition to putting up pamphlets, continued Gatot, the police will also check CCTV to find out where the immigrants fled. Good CCTV on the streets, mosques, and others. "If we are caught, we will hand it over to the Immigration Detention Center. And if it really needs to be escalated to an investigation, then we have to do it. We are currently conducting an investigation", he said.
