The Papuan PON Billiards Trainer, Who Was Hired By Gubsu Edy, Reports To The Police, The Report File Is Studied

MEDAN - The team from the General Criminal Directorate of the North Sumatra Police is still studying the report file of the Papua PON billiards coach, Khairuddin Aritonang (Choki) which was commissioned by the Governor of North Sumatra, Edy Rahmayadi. Choki reported Governor Edy because the subpoena sent was not responded to.

"Currently, investigators are studying and investigating the report", said the Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, Tuesday, January 4.

Kombes Hadi explained that investigators would immediately summon the relevant parties to ask for clarification and information. Including, the possibility of summoning the Governor of North Sumatra, Edy Rahmayadi.

"Including (the governor), in the sense of inviting related parties, of course, investigators will summon reports in the form of alleged criminal acts of Law No. 1/1946 of the Criminal Code Articles 310, 315", he said.

However, Kombes Hadi could not confirm when the relevant parties were summoned.

"We'll see. We will deliver the update", he said.

It was previously reported that the billiards coach for the Papua PON, Khairuddin Aritonang or Choki, reported that the North Sumatran Governor Edy Rahmayadi had turned his ear to the North Sumatra Police. Governor Edy was reported for not responding to Choki's summons.

In the letter numbered STTLP/03/1/2022/SPKT/Polda of North Sumatra, Choki reported Gubsu Edy on suspicion of committing a crime under Article 310 in conjunction with Article 315 of the Criminal Code. In this case, Coki hopes that the police will immediately investigate the report.

"Actually, I hope that it will be processed properly so that this creates a sense of justice for me", Choki told reporters after reporting on Monday, January 3.

Meanwhile, Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi previously responded to the usual Choki reporting plan that he had brought to the police.
