From the records of the National Police on December 17, 2021-1 January 2022, the most number of vehicles leaving Jakarta was found at the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate as many as 587,214 vehicles, up 9.6 percent from the number of vehicles under normal conditions of 535,649 vehicles.

The Cikampek Utama Toll Gate is the entry and exit access for vehicles from Jakarta to Central Java.

Then, the Kalihurip Utama Toll Gate, which is access from Jakarta to Bandung, also recorded an increase in the number of vehicles to 4.3 percent from the normal number of 518,523 vehicles to 540,839 vehicles reported by Antara.

Vehicles from Jakarta to Puncak via the Ciawi Toll Gate also rose 1.9 percent from 546,429 units to 556,727 units.

Of the four toll gates monitored by the Police during the Christmas and New Year holidays, only the Cikupa Toll Gate recorded a 2.5 percent decrease in vehicle volume from 769,100 vehicles under normal conditions to 749,788 vehicles.

Cikupa Toll Gate is the access to Merak, Banten and outside Java Island.

Meanwhile, most of the vehicles entering Jakarta on December 17 2021-1 January 2022 were found passing from the Kalihurip Utama Toll Gate.

The increase in the volume of vehicles at the toll gates reached 4.7 percent or from 503,537 vehicles under normal conditions to 527,276 vehicles.

At other toll gates, the increase did not reach 3 percent, with details of Ciawi Toll Gate 2.7 percent, Cikupa Toll Gate 2 percent, and Cikampek Utama Toll Gate 1.5 percent.

The National Police predicts that there are still 114,150 vehicles that have not returned to Jakarta, which are likely to pass from the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate with 28,501 vehicles, the Kalihurip Utama Toll Gate with 13,563 vehicles, the Tok Cikupa Gate with 36,178 vehicles, and the Ciawi Toll Gate with 35,908 vehicles.
