The compliance survey was conducted on 587 agencies consisting of 24 ministries, 15 government agencies, 34 provincial governments, 416 district governments and 98 municipal governments.

"Ministries, government agencies, provincial governments and district/city governments that achieve high compliance will continue to be maintained. In fact, efforts are made to increase value innovation," he said.

The results of this compliance assessment, he said, were categorized into three zones, namely the green zone or high compliance, the yellow zone of moderate compliance and the red zone of low compliance.

"The assessment of the regional government includes four substances, namely licensing, health, population administration and education," said Najih.
