MEDAN - The Medan City Government, North Sumatra, won the green zone and received the title of high compliance with public service standards in 2021 organized by the Indonesian Ombudsman.

The compliance survey was conducted on 587 agencies consisting of 24 ministries, 15 government agencies, 34 provincial governments, 416 district governments and 98 municipal governments.

"Ministries, government agencies, provincial governments and district/city governments that achieve high compliance will continue to be maintained. In fact, efforts are made to increase value innovation," he said.

The results of this compliance assessment, he said, were categorized into three zones, namely the green zone or high compliance, the yellow zone of moderate compliance and the red zone of low compliance.
