JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Jazilul Fawaid is grateful for the passage of the Indonesian National Team to the 2021 AFF Cup final. He hopes that Indonesia can bring victory against Thailand in Singapore.
"Thank God, Indonesia has advanced all the way to the final round and it was contested twice," said Jazilul at the House of Representatives (DPR) building, Wednesday, December 29.
Jazilul also hopes that all Indonesian national team players will be able to maintain their mental health and not be trapped in the euphoria of yesterday's semifinal victory. The Indonesian national team, he said, must remain focused on the final match against Thailand.
"I'm afraid that after winning, the mentality will go down. I hope that yesterday's euphoria of a momentary victory tomorrow or tonight will be proven again, with what? Mental toughness, compact," he explained.
