Allegedly Involved In Drugs, Sepatan Police Chief Arrested

JAKARTA - Sepatan Police Chief Kompol Oki Bekti was reportedly arrested for being involved in a narcotics case. Currently, the case has been transferred to Polda Merto Jaya.

"Yes, that's right (arrested, ed)," said Head of Public Relations of the Tangerang Metro Police Kompol Abdul Rachim when confirmed, Wednesday, December 29.

However, when discussed further about the arrest, Rachim was reluctant to explain it clearly. The reason is that the handling of the case has been delegated to the Propam Polda Metro Jaya.

"So the case has been transferred to the Regional Police, to the Propam Polda," said Rachim.
