A Total Of 3 Suspected Terrorists Arrested By Densus 88 Anti-terror In Palangka Raya
JAKARTA - The National Police said there were three suspected terrorists arrested in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. All three are the Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) network.
"The arrest of three terrorist suspects in Central Kalimantan, Palangka Raya", said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division, Kombes Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters on Wednesday, December 22.
The arrests of the three suspected terrorists lasted for two days. However, it did not specify the location of the arrest.
"The arrests were made on December 21 and 22", said Ramadhan.
Currently, the suspected terrorists are in the process of being investigated. The three of them are referred to by the National Police as a network of Jamaah Ansharut Daulah.
"Three suspects were arrested and secured from the JAD terrorism network", said Ramadhan.

Previously reported, Densus 88 Anti-terror arrested a suspected terrorist with the initials MS in the Palangka Raya area, Central Kalimantan. The suspected terrorist was arrested in one of the hotel rooms.
"It's true (the arrest of the suspected terrorist, ed)", said the Head of Operations Assistance for Densus 88 Anti-terror, Kombes Aswin Siregar.
However, Aswin did not want to go into details regarding MS's involvement in the terrorism network. He only emphasized that if the suspected terrorist was arrested by the joint team of Densus 88 Anti-terror and the Central Kalimantan Police Mobile Brigade Unit.
"Arrested at the Hawaii Hotel Room 323 on Bubut Street, Palangka Raya City", said Aswin.
