Mitratel Distributes Assistance For Communities Affected By Mount Semeru Eruption
JAKARTA - PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) or Mitratel through the Mitratel Sharing Program distributed assistance to communities affected by the eruption of Mount Semeru on Thursday, December 16 last.
The handover of aid was delivered directly by the Managing Director of Mitratel Theodorus A Hartoko and received by the Deputy Regent of Lumajang Indah Amperawati at the Pasirian Lumajang Emergency Response Post, Lumajang Assistant for Economics and Development Teguh Widjayono, Secretary of BPBD East Java Province Erwin Indra Widjaja.
Deputy Regent of Lumajang Indah Amperawati appreciated Mitratel Berbagi's assistance to be useful for the community.
"On behalf of the Lumajang Regency Government, I would like to thank Mitratel for providing empathy to the Lumajang community who are being tested for the Mount Semeru eruption by providing generators, portable toilets, septic tanks, tents, tarpaulins, and others for the needs of the refugees," he said. in a written statement, Monday 20 December.
"Hopefully Mitratel will be more victorious, develop, and continue to provide benefits to the Indonesian people", he added.
