Bogor City Police Claims Of Disturbance In Kamtibmas During 2021, Down To 20 Percent, Reveals Cases 30 Percent Higher Than 2020

JAKARTA - Based on data released by the Bogor City Police Resort (Polresta), the disturbance of public security and order (kamtibmas) in the area decreased by 20 percent during 2021.

The data was opened during the Police Expo at the Bogor City Police Headquarters, Kapten Muslihat Street. The Head of Bogor City Police, Grand Commissioner Pol. Susatyo, explained that the achievements of his staff in reducing Kamtibmas problems and increasing case disclosure had good progress.

"Regarding the police performance achievement during 2021, we can reduce security and social security disturbances by 20 percent, and increase case disclosure," said Grand Commissioner Susatyo, quoting Antara, Thursday, December 16.

Grand Commissioner Susatyo stated that under these conditions, the police were able to increase the disclosure of their cases to 30 percent higher than in 2020, followed by a lower percentage of violent culture with evidence that was actually able to be secured by almost 200 percent.

Susatyo explained the handling of the COVID-19 Pandemic and various other preventive actions to create an orderly, safe and comfortable Bogor City.

Now, according to data from the Bogor City Health Office, the vaccination achievement is almost 90 percent or 89.34 percent or 732,091 residents of the 819,444 targeted people.

This achievement also coincided with the return of the City of Bogor, the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) Level 1 was set, after about two weeks ago it was lowered back to level 2.

"Alhamdulillah, at the end of this year we are back at level one with a fairly high vaccination rate, so that we all remain optimistic about facing COVID-19," he also said.
