Police Dismantle The Behavior Of FBR And Pancasila Youth On Control Of State Assets In Central Jakarta
JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta Metro Police revealed the fact that the Betawi Rempug Forum (FBR) and Pemuda Pancasila (PP) controlled three plots of state-owned land without any unlawful rights.
Central Jakarta Deputy Chief of Police, AKBP Setyo Koes Heriyanto, explained that one plot of land and a four-story building were located at the Office Building, Jalan Letjen Suprapto, Kemayoran.
The government-owned building has been controlled by Pemuda Pancasila since 2004.
"The first is a report from the State Asset Management Institute which reports that one of the assets belonging to the State and IBRA related to the BLBI case has been illegally controlled by the Pancasila Youth community organization," Setyo said at a press conference at the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Monday, December 13, as quoted from Between.
The State Asset Management Institute as the asset manager has actually negotiated twice, but did not find an agreement with Pemuda Pancasila (PP) regarding the use of the building.
Joint officers from the Central Jakarta Metro Police, the TNI and the PP Satpol have also vacated and sealed the building that had been used as a headquarters by PP members.
Then there are also two other parcels of land located in the former Kemayoran Airport area, namely Blocks B2 and B3 with an area of 13 thousand square meters and 12 thousand square meters, respectively. This one is ruled by FBR.
"The two lands were built by the FBR community organization, a futsal field and a badminton court, as well as kiosk plots and semi-permanent buildings that are intended to be rented out," said Setyo.
Setyo explained that FBR rents out one of the stalls at a rate of Rp. 3 million per year. In fact, the land belongs to PT Oceania and is always the holder of the Right to Build (HGB).
For this action, Central Jakarta Metro Police charged Article 387 juncto 167 of the Criminal Code.
The ranks of the Central Jakarta Metro Police are still developing regarding the perpetrators of this unilateral control of state assets.
