The Pioneer DPC Is The Name Of The PDIP DPP Which Won The Legislative Election And Then Won More Than 20 Percent

JAKARTA - PDI-P is holding a consolidation agenda with the Branch Leadership Council (DPC). This activity is in accordance with the direction of the PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri so that consolidation can be carried out continuously.

This was conveyed by the Secretary General of PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto when opening the consolidation of the PDIP DPC at the Party School, Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta. This agenda is the first of three waves of activities to be implemented.

Hasto said that consolidation was important especially for the PDIP DPC who won more than 20 percent of the votes during the 2019 legislative election (Pileg) because they would be assigned directly to the upcoming general election battle.

"This agenda is important. Today's meeting is held in order to carry out the orders and directions of the general chairwoman how the party continues to move downwards, becoming a connector for the people's aspirations and fighting for public policies for the interests of the people," said Hasto in a written statement, Saturday, December 11.

Hasto said the PDIP DPC, which won more than 20 percent during the 2019 Legislative Election, was the pioneer DPC. The reason is that the branch will later become the driving force for other regions.

"The DPC with 20 percent gain is a driving force for the surrounding DPC. So it is called the Pioneer DPC. The vanguard party must have organizational discipline, ideology, theory, movement and action. , and cadre," he said.

Furthermore, with this training, it is hoped that all the pioneer DPCs will operate in one command. In addition, Hasto asked cadres and party members to continue to adhere to the teachings of the First President of the Republic of Indonesia Soekarno and the message of the general chairman of the party.

So that in the future the obstacles that exist ahead of the 2024 General Election can be resolved. "All Party members and cadres also socialize President Jokowi's policies among the people. Especially how the president pays so much attention to dealing with the pandemic," Hasto explained.

Not only that, these pioneering DPCs are also expected to take the initiative and be able to share experiences with fellow cadres.

"So the consolidation of the DPC with an acquisition rate of 20 percent is very important. Participants are given all aspects of the party struggle, election winning strategies, and also the importance of the progressive power of Indonesian youth for the progress of the nation through mastery of science and technology, as well as promoting research and innovation, " he concluded.
