He said what should have been done was that even if the plan for implementing PPKM level three was revoked, every local government had to continue to implement PPKM in accordance with the previous level.
"The level one continues to apply level one, the level two remains at level two. That was confirmed by the governor," he said.
In addition, he said, what was emphasized by the governor was that district and city governments were asked to be prepared to anticipate if there were residents of Central Java from Jakarta or other areas returning to their hometowns.

When asked about the possibility of blocking roads, especially at the border, he said, only an inspection would be carried out by officers.
"There is no terms of isolation, only checking that the conditions for traveling across provinces, such as having been vaccinated twice.
