Coffee Mill Warehouse In Tanah Abang Burns, No Casualties

JAKARTA – A fire also occurred in a coffee grinder warehouse on Fachrudin Street No. 43 RT 08/07 Kampung Bali District, Tanah Abang Subdistrict, Central Jakarta. It is suspected that the fire was caused by an electrical short circuit.

"Receiving the news at 00.32 western Indonesia time, the public called the firefighter (Damkar). The object of the coffee grinding machine room is the point of contact at Panin Bank," said Public Relations of DKI Damkar Mulat Wijayanto, Saturday, December 4.

Mulat said, the burning of the coffee grinder warehouse started from an electric short circuit. A total of two fire engines with a total of eight personnel were deployed to tame the red rooster to the scene.

"The blackout starts at 00.45 western Indonesia time and ends at 01.15 western Indonesia time. The current situation is that the blackout has been declared over," he said.

Mulat confirmed that there were no casualties in the fire incident. However, he has not been able to estimate how much loss the building owner has suffered.
