Depok Issues Circular Guidelines For Teachers To Face Learning At School, What Are They?
JAKARTA - The Depok City Government-issued Circular Number: 443/643-Huk/Satgas concerning the Implementation of Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT) Health Protocols for Educators and Education Personnel.
This SE was issued as a follow-up to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 57 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) level 3, level 2, and level 1 Covid-19 in the Java and Bali Region.
PTMT can be carried out according to prokes by education units that implement PTMT with a maximum capacity of 50 percent, and are guided by Mayor Regulation Number 66 of 2021 concerning PTMT Guidelines during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
This Circular mentions several things that must be considered by educators and education staff when implementing PTMT. Among other things, ensuring the condition of students and all members of the education unit are in good health. Ensure that educators and compulsory education personnel have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
And consistently apply the process for individuals and all citizens of the education unit before, during, and after the learning process. Provide understanding to students about the importance of carrying out prokes while traveling and at school.
Then, carry out routine health monitoring and screening for education unit residents before starting the learning process, in the form of checking body temperature and asking if there are general symptoms. Such as fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, headache, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, anosmia (loss of sense of smell), or ageusia (loss of the ability to taste).
Then, repeatedly and intensively made announcements in all areas of the education unit regarding the use of masks, washing hands with soap (CTPS) with running water, and maintaining distance. As well as providing educational media about health protocols in using masks, washing hands, maintaining distance during the pandemic.

Regularly disinfect the infrastructure and environment of the education unit before and after learning. Ensuring the adequacy of disinfectant liquid, hand soap, clean water in each hand washing facility, hand sanitizer, and the availability of spare masks and/or see-through masks.
Ensure that hand washing facilities and infrastructure and screening tools (such as thermoguns) are functioning properly. Forbid students to eat snacks at school or in the area around the school.
Consistently implement the return to work process for education and non-education staff. Such as removing footwear, putting items brought outside the room and disinfecting these items, washing hands with soap, cleaning the body (showering), and changing clothes before physically interacting with other people at home.
