The Driver Wasn't Sleepy, The Bus That Hit A Concrete Pole In Ciledug Turned Out To Be The Result Of Avoiding A Motorbike
JAKARTA - South Jakarta Police Traffic Unit Commissioner Edi Supriyanto said his party was still investigating the Luragung bus accident on the Tangerang - Kuningan route which hit a concrete pole on Jalan Ciledug Raya, precisely near the Perdatam Traffic Light T-junction, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, this morning.
"The case is still under investigation," Kompol Edi told reporters, Tuesday, November 9.
Then Kasat explained, from eyewitness testimony to the incident, the bus was traveling from west to east on Jalan Ciledug Raya, Pesanggrahan.
"Right at the Perdatam T-junction, the bus avoided the motorbike on the left. The bus swerved to the right and hit a concrete pole," he said.
As a result of the accident, there were no fatalities. The bus passenger only suffered minor injuries.
"The victim with minor injuries was taken to Pertamina Hospital. While the material loss was damage to the vehicle. The case is still under investigation," he said.
Previously, it was reported that the Luragung bus that hit a concrete pillar on Jalan Ciledug Raya was caused by the driver falling asleep. There were no fatalities in this incident.
