JAKARTA - Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) Tito Karnavian has issued Minister of Home Affairs Instruction Number 38 of 2021 concerning PPKM Level 4, Level 3, and Level 2 COVID-19 in the Java and Bali regions which is valid from August 31 to September 6 2021.

In the Minister of Home Affairs, the government has determined that there are still 25 regencies/cities that apply PPKM Level 4, namely in Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, and Bali.
