"We encourage sales, especially supplements and exports. This year we are focusing on building marketing offices abroad," he said.
Irwan also emphasized the importance of transparency in corporate management. Currently, Sido Muncul is developing a digital system to monitor business activities in real time.
"We make a real-time monitoring system, so all processes can be directly controlled, not waiting for reports after the incident," he said.
He added, after the transition process was carried out, he and the founding team would not immediately leave the company.
Assistance to the next generation will continue for the next two to three years.
"We will not leave it alone. We will continue to accompany it so that the transition goes well," he said.
